These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fadstore.com (the “Site”), operated by Stacks Creative Limited (“Stacks”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site — advertising only

There is no shop on fadstore.com. You cannot order, pay, or check out here. The Site is only an advertising page: it shows promotional information about products and links that take you away to someone else’s website.

Our only connection to those products or brands is advertising (and, where applicable, affiliate tracking). We do not sell the products, we do not fulfil orders, and we are not the customer’s counterparty for any purchase.

Content on the Site may include:

• sponsored or commercially influenced product presentations;
• outbound advertising / affiliate links that may earn us a fee if you click or later buy on a third-party site;

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that mandatory law says cannot be excluded. Those purchase-related rights, where they exist, attach to the seller you bought from after leaving this Site.

Questions or complaints about an order should go to that seller or brand, not to us.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:

• the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components;
• content is complete, current, or suitable for every purpose;
• third-party offers, shipping to your address, or stock levels will remain available.

10. Limitation of liability

Access to fadstore.com is free. Our role stops at advertising; any commercial deal is between you and the third party you choose to deal with.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may allow you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.
